Technical Account Manager

Prime Penguin is on a mission to connect the world of eCommerce, and are now looking for our new Technical Account Manager for our HQ in Östermalm, Stockholm.
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) role is a senior position, which focuses on the customer journey all the way from initial sales discussions through to onboarding and success management.
The TAM follows our customers from day one and onwards:
⊕ You will help prospective clients navigate the complicated landscape of eCommerce integrations and find the best solution for their needs.
⊕ You will be the key account manager and primary point of contact for customers and responsible for maintaining a close relationship with them.
⊕ You will work closely with our talented tech-team, partners and customers in integration projects, both managing expectations and help defining milestones and goals.
To succeed in this role, you take pride in your curiosity and empathy: You’re interested and love to dig deep to understand how “things really work”. You understand the everyday needs of our customers and partners and love to help them move forward.
What we expect from you:
→ You have a technical background, preferably with experience in integration and project management.
→ You have a professional working fluency in English.
→ You should have documented experience in eCommerce, logistics and/or sales.
→ You should be able to work from our Stockholm office regularly.
