Say hello to Felix Halldén – Prime Penguin’s Growth Management Intern
Felix’s story begins in the small northern town of Hasela, Sweden, where he grew up with three older brothers and two dogs, just a stone’s throw from a ski resort. After third grade, his family moved to Hudiksvall, where he stayed until graduating high school. Then, feeling ready for something new, Felix packed his bags and headed to Stockholm to start his next chapter.
Professional background
Felix’s first job was with Three, the Swedish phone company, working in customer service. During his time there, he quickly proved himself and moved to the anti-churn department, helping retain customers with a success rate of over 70%. Felix loved the challenge and the chance to get creative while finding solutions.
After a year of success at Three, he and his girlfriend decided to mix things up and moved to Cyprus. While there, he continued working for Three, this time in sales with an international team. It was a fun and exciting experience—until Covid hit. Unfortunately, two months into lockdown, they decided to head back to Sweden. Back home, Felix rejoined Three, working in inbound sales. In this role, he took over 200 calls a day, learning a great deal about managing fast-paced, demanding situations. Even so, Felix realized he wanted to work in a smaller company where his contributions would have a bigger impact.
Eager for a new direction, Felix enrolled in the eCommerce Manager program at IHM Business School. This program turned out to be a perfect fit, aligning with his interests in eCommerce, marketing, and website development. Now, as he nears graduation, he’s wrapping up a four-month internship at Prime Penguin.

At Prime Penguin, Felix has been busy exploring all kinds of projects. For example, he’s worked on solving logistics challenges and improving the website’s SEO, gaining hands-on experience in many areas. In addition to this, he’s been involved in email campaigns, discovery calls, customer onboarding, and business development. However, his main focus is on learning everything he can about marketing to prepare for his future as an eCommerce or growth manager.
Felix loves the variety of tasks and is eager to understand what Prime Penguin’s customers face daily. He’s particularly excited to find the best ways to communicate the company’s solutions and make a real impact.
Looking ahead
Felix has big dreams for the future. Together with his girlfriend, he hopes to settle in Stockholm, find a cozy apartment, and maybe even add a dog to their family. Career-wise, he’s aiming for a role in a smaller company where he can continue to grow in the world of eCommerce while making a difference. Above all, Felix’s goal is simple: to be happy in both his work and personal life.
Felix’s journey shows how determination, curiosity, and a love for learning can open up exciting new paths. With his positive attitude and drive, the future is looking bright!
