Can I schedule an order to be sent to the warehouse later?

Sometimes you want to create orders before they are sent to a logistics provider. This is possible in Prime Penguin, but there’s a catch: You can only schedule B2B orders created in the Order Desk within Prime Penguin. But having said that, this is how you do it:

1. Go to My Warehouse -> Order Desk and click “Create Order”.
2. Fill in all order details, but select the Dropship Provider instead of the warehouse.
3. At the last step of the order creation, click “Release order later”, select the warehouse to release the order to and a date.
4. Click “Create Order”

And that’s it. The order will be sent to the warehouse in the early morning (UTC) of the selected date.
