The base operation of Prime Penguin is to do scheduled batches per sales channel or per logistics provider. This is a robust, if somewhat in-flexible, design that works for a majority of cases. However, there are exceptions:
- If you cancel an order in Prime Penguin you are guaranteed that we will try to perform the cancellation in the warehouse immediately.
- Some sales channels supports web-hooks, and in such cases Prime Penguin will register the cancellation/edit immediately, but will not immediately forward to the logistics provider.
